Inventor of the Power6 Leader framework, Dr. Jackson designs, implements, and evaluates programs that improve organizational effectiveness by creating supportive, collaborative cultures.
As Assistant Dean of Strategic Initiatives and Evaluation at Vanderbilt University, a certified project management executive, Director of Learning and Improvement (Office of Strategic Planning, Assessment, and Analysis) at Kennesaw State University, and a consultant, coach, and speaker, Dr. Jackson has used his deep understanding of human behavior to help many businesses make informed decisions.
